Through the privacy policy, Koreacenter.com shows how the private information you provide is being used for which purposes, and what measures are being

taken to protect your privacy.

③ Koreacenter.com is taking measures for you to easily view the privacy policy by displaying it on the first page of our website.

④ For a continuous improvement of the privacy policy, Koreacenter.com is establishing necessary procedures in modifying the privacy policy.

2, Scope of private information collection

① Koreacenter.com is collecting the minimum amount of information required to provide smooth order, reception, payment, pass, delivery and

general information services for you to order goods and services or to use various services in www.koreaholic.com (hereinafter “koreaholic”.

② The private information of everyone who joined as a member to koreaholic cannot be used for any purpose other than the special purposes mentioned

However, if the purpose and the use are changed, we will ask for the agreement of every member who is registered as member of koreaholic.

③ Koreaceneter.com is collecting the following private information in cases of joining the membership of koreaholic or ordering for goods

and services, and the collected information is classified into requirements and additional items.

-Requirements Name, overseas business registration number, address, phone number, ID, password and e-mail

-Additional items: if it is desired by the member at the time of joining membership, additional information can be selected and the member can provide it.

For orders or reception of some goods and services, additional information is required for smooth order, payment and delivery processes as to grasp

the precise content of the order desired by the member.

④ The privacy information held by Koreaholic.com will immediately be destroyed if a member of Koreaholic withdraws from or is denied of the membership.

3, Purpose of collection and use of private information

① Koreacenter.com is collecting/using the private information items required for the ordering of goods and services or the use of services for the following

purposes.

4, Agreement to private information collection

Koreacenter.com collects agreement for the collection of your private information. Regards to the collection of your privacy,

koreaholic is preparing for a measure which you can click the button for “Agree” or “Disagree” for the contents of the terms of use or the privacy

policy of koreaholic. If you click “Agree” button, we consider it as you agree to the private information collection.

5, Conservation and retention period of private information

① If Koreacenter.com collects your private information, the retention period is the time when the membership is withdrawn

(membership withdrawal and including membership being denied). When the reason for conserving your private information ceases or the period comes to an

Koreacenter.com immediately destroys your private information, and in case if the information is provided to a third party

we direct the third party to also destroy the information. However, if the information needs to be conserved according to the relevant laws such as

Korean legislation “Customer Protection Laws in cases of Electronic Commercial Trades”, the information will be conserved for a certain period of time.

In such case, Koreacenter.dom will only use the conserved information for that purpose, and the retention period is as follows.

② Koreacenter.com destroys the private information by the following method to protect your privacy and prevent any damages from outflow of private

information.

- Destroy by shredding using a shredder or incinerating information printed out on paper

- Destroy by using technical method which cannot play the records for electronically-stored private information

③ For information conserved with the consent of the member, Koreacenter.com will take measures for the member

to read and check the information without delay for a request to read it made by the member.

6, Usage outside purpose, and Providing or sharing information with third party

Except under your consent or by the regulation of relevant laws, Koreacenter.com will not in any case use or

provide your private information to other party/ enterprise/organization over the scope mentioned in “Purpose of Collection and Use of Private Information”.

However, in the following cases, we can use or provide the private information after notice and agreement procedures.

7, Items relevant to management of cookie

① Koreacenter.com uses ‘cookie’ which is often used to store and call your information. Cookie refers to a small text file

sent to your browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape etc.) by the server used to operate koreaholic, and is stored in your computer hard disk.

Also, you have the choice of cookie. You can accept every cookie by selecting from Tools (on top of your web browser)

-> Internet Option tab or select to receive a notification when a cookie is installed or to refuse all cookies.

However, you will not be able to use services that require login if you refuse to accept cookies.

② Koreacenter.com uses your private information collected by cookies for the following purposes.

- It is used to analyze the frequency of visiting or the visiting time etc. for the members and non-members and grasp the preference

  and fields of interest of the user and use that information as a measure to reorganize the target marketing and service.

- It is used to track the traces of the information about the items shopped and items that are viewed with interest in order to provide individual-tailored service in your future shopping.

- It is used to grasp your participation and the frequency of your visits in various events held by koreaholi.com

  and collect data to provide differential chances for entry

③ Cookies are set up to automatically be deleted and not stored in the PC when you log out from the PC.

Therefore, make sure to log out after the use of service when using PC which other people can access or which is in a public place.

8, Reading and correction of private information

① You can read or correct your private information that is registered at any time. The reading and correction of private information

can directly be done in Settings > Modification of member's information from the top menu of MyPage in Koreaholic website.

Also, it can be processed without delay if you contact the privacy management supervisor or the manager in writing,

phone, e-mail or fax, after one’s real identity confirmation procedure. However, it is not possible to change the ID,overseas business registration number

and the name, and if you need to change for an inevitable cause, the relevant ID needs to be cancelled and will have to re-join the membership.

② If you require a correction on an error on your private information, we do not use or provide the private information to a third party until the correction is

completed. Also, if the incorrect private information is already provided to a third party, we will take measures to make the correction by notifying

the correction result to the third party without delay.

9, Withdrawal from agreement to Collection and Use of Private Information (Withdrawal from membership)

① The agreement on the collection, use and provision of the private information made while joining the membership can be withdrawn by

you at any time. The withdrawal can be made by clicking on Settings > Withdrawal on top of the MyPage menu of Koreaholic website.

Also, it can be processed without delay if you contact the privacy management supervisor or the manager in writing, phone, e-mail or

fax, after one’s real identity confirmation procedure. Once the agreement is withdrawn and the private information is destroyed,

we will notify you without delay of the fact.

② Koreacenter.com will take the necessary measures to make it easier to withdraw from agreement to the collection of private information

(withdrawal from membership) than the means of collecting the private information.

10, Technical and management measures to protect privacy

① Technical measures-To protect your privacy, Koreacenter.com communicates your payment information between koreaholic

and your PC as in 128bit SSL-encrypted, and gets verification through Verisign.

- Also, we established and are operating a self high-end firewall to prevent illegal hacking.

- Illegal hackings are prevented by hiding the web server IP that is in real operation to the user, and various high-end security systems

  are introduced for a safer privacy protection.

② Management measures- The access to privacy is limited to personnel executing privacy management such as privacy supervisor and other personnel

who are inevitable to handle the information for other works, and the access to the private information from other personnel is strictly not allowed.

- For the persons handling the private information, we provide regular training and outside consigned training for privacy protection.

- The data processing room is designated as a limited entrance area, and the entrance is only allowed for the persons with permission.

- In case if the private information is leaked, changed or damaged by the mistake of our personnel or technical miss-operation,

  Koreacenter.com will notify the user immediately of the fact and search for appropriate measures.

- For mistake made by the user or events occurred by the danger on the internet which Koreacenter.com holds no responsibilities,

  Koreacenter.com will not bear the responsibilities. Therefore, you must take appropriate means so your ID and password are not known to other people.

11, Link

Koreacenter.com can provide websites of other enterprises or links to their data. In this case,

Koreacenter.com does not have any control over the outside website and the data, therefore holds

no responsibility over the appropriation of the services or data provided by them. When you move

over to the pages of other website by clicking on the link held by koreaholic, the privacy policy of

the relevant site is irrelevant to Koreacenter.com, and you should review the policy of the new site visited.

12, Consignment of private information

Koreacenter.com directly manages the private information of its members and does not provide the information to third parties.

13, Privacy supervisor and privacy manager

Koreacenter.com is doing its best for its members to safely use good information. The privacy supervisor will take all the responsibilities n case of events against

the matters that the members are notified of in protecting the private information. However, the supervisor holds no responsibility for the damages in

information due to unexpected accidents occurred by the basic dangers or the network such as hacking if all technical measures are taken.

Also, the supervisor holds no responsibility over cases of various disputes from notices written by visitors either. The supervisor who is in charge of your private

15, Privacy invasion report and dispute settlement

In case if you need to report or seek advice regarding privacy invasion, please send your inquiries to the following organizations including

the Privacy Invasion Report Center in KISA (Korea Internet Security Agency). Also, if you have experienced monetary or psychological damages from

privacy invasion, you can apply for compensation for the damages to the Privacy Dispute Settlement Committee.

16, Duty of notification following changes in policy

We will notify any addition, deletion and change in the contents of our current privacy policy through the ‘Notice’ board of koreaholic.
