Koreaholic ? is the first online wholesale website with registration system to provide products in on-and off-line sellers in overseas demanding Korean products.
1. Membership Policy
The membership type is classified into: demo member, general member and special member, and anyone can have the access to the website and browse the product prices as demo member for seven days after joining the membership.
If the business registration certificate is not uploaded during the period of being a demo member, business certification cannot be made and the access to product prices will be blocked once the seven-day demonstration period is over.
To become a general member, the business registration certificate needs to be submitted. Once the certificate is verified, it is possible to purchase the product and use the provided services after paying for the monthly fee.
A special member refers to a member who can purchase products as well as product images. The monthly fee for a special member may be higher than the monthly fee for a general member.
2. Price Policy
The service fee needs to be paid to order product from the website.
The service fee is $50.00 per month, and a discount rate will be applied for a long-term payment.

Koreaholic provides registration-type online wholesale service, and product prices are registered by the seller.
For a mass purchase, a discount rate will be applied depending on the quantity. The rate is indicated within the webpage of each product detail as the discount rate is different depending on the quantity per product.
Products of Koreaholic are the products of Korea and the prices may change at the point of payment if the exchange rates are experiencing high fluctuation.
3. Product Order Policy
The color, size and the minimum order quantity must be checked before ordering product.
In case of mass production, the production period and unit price may differ depending on the product. Please ask for advice to the administrator regarding this matter.
4. Payment Policy
Every method of payment used in Koreaholic is PayPal.
The exchange rate will applied at the point of payment, therefore the prices between the moment when it is put in the basket and the moment of payment may be different.
5. Delivery Policy
The delivery is classified into first domestic delivery and second overseas delivery.
The first domestic delivery will be arrived in the domestic gathering house within four days from the date of the order for delivery in Korea.
The products that do not arrive within four days will automatically be cancelled and the order will be refunded 100%.
The second overseas delivery will be progressed for shipment once the overseas delivery fee is paid.
The shipment for the overseas delivery will be progressed the day after the payment.
Every delivery detail can be tracked from the website.
Delivery will not be made on the national holidays and other holidays of KOREA
6. Custom
Taxes including customs duty and import taxes that may arise in receiving the ordered product should be directly paid by the member to the relevant authority of the relevant country.
7. Cancel, refund, change, policy
After the product is paid, it is only possible to cancel the order by changing mind when the relevant order is not processed by the seller.
The membership qualification may be denied if cancellation by changing mind is repeated for more than twice per month.
The charge for cancellation by changing mind is paid by the purchaser.
If an order is not arrived at the domestic gathering house within four days after the product order, the order will be cancelled at the fault of the seller and will be refunded for 100%.
If there is any shortage for the quantity of the product ordered, the payment will be refunded after consultation with the purchaser.
Changes are allowed for faulty products; however, the product will be refunded if there is no stock.
Change of products by changed mind is difficult due to the nature of wholesales once the product is stocked in the Korean distribution center.
8. Image Usage Policy
